CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

All Lillunia art, whether Giclee print or original watercolor, comes with a certificate certifying the authenticity of the work, the date of creation and is signed by the artist.
           
WARANTEE

The work produced by Lillunia is original, one-of-a kind art that is hand painted by our artists. The limited edition Giclee prints are printed on the highest quality papers. We do not accept returns of custom work. We are not responsible for fading, wear or damages that may result from sun or normal use.

CUSTOM ORDERS

The size, borders, mats and frames of our pieces can be modified to satisfy your wishes.  Or, allow Lillunia to create an original work of art for you: choose your favorite animal, setting, size and border and we will create a unique work to meet your personal specifications!
 
Include a child's name, birth date or special message for a truly customized gift, whether a limited edition print or an original watercolor. We will consult with you each step of the way to ensure your complete satisfaction.
 
If you choose an original  work from our collection and would like that no other prints are made from the original work, this option is available; price upon request.

GIFT CARDS

Please click on “Gift Cards and Registry” to order a gift card in a denomination ranging from $50 - $5000. Your gift card will arrive with a custom message wrapped in our beautiful Lillunia gift wrap.

GIFT WRAP

Lillunia gift wrap comes in the Lillunia colors and we use eco-friendly materials. We wrap our products with Kraft paper and finish it with tangerine ribbon. Each gift will include a Lillunia note card that we can customize with your personal handwritten sentiment to the recipient.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each order from Lillunia is unique, and based on your size, framing and matting decisions, we create your art especially for you. Because of the customized nature of our products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of all Lillunia Art, Lillunia Focus Series art, and Lillunia Mosaics. For unframed, unmated prints, please allow 3 days for delivery. For décor and accessories, in stock items will be usually be shipped within 3 – 5 days of order. If an order is placed on the weekend or holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day. Please note that 2 – 3 weeks is longer than most orders will take for processing, and we will ship you order as soon as it is ready. We will send you an e-mail notifying you when your order has shipped.  If you are in a rush, please contact us by phone so we can try to satisfy your requirements.
You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

All unframed Lillunia Art will be sent rolled in a shipping tube.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you would prefer a P.O. Box delivery, please contact us at 800-545-5864 and we will arrange for alternate means of delivery. Expedited orders cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

PICK UP ORDERS
To pick up or arrange for other delivery options, write your information in the Shipping Instructions box under Payment Info at Checkout.

Shipping times:

Regular delivery: 5-7 business days.
Expedited delivery - we will rush an order at your request. Rush orders are custom and we will have to rush our printing and framing vendors. If you request a rush delivery we can send you an estimate time of order completion and the cost of express delivery once your order is processed. Please note, We cannot expedite deliveries outside of the continental United States.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of www.lillunia.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Please note, for orders over 15 lbs. UPS ground shipping is estimated at $160 - $200 USD.

Shipping outside North America:
